1. Re-wash guarantee

If you are not happy with the result, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect and re-wash for free, including delivery.

2. Compensation for damage or loss

• Up to 10× the service fee for that item, capped at 2,000,000₫ per item unless agreed otherwise before cleaning.
• Does not cover damage due to poor fabric quality, natural fading, or items left in pockets.
• Please declare high-value items before pickup so we can advise the right process.

3. Privacy

We only collect your name, phone number, address and notes to fulfil your order. We never sell or share it with third parties beyond delivery. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via hello@giatsaysvip.com.

4. Terms of service

• The final price is based on the actual weight at pickup.
• Please empty all pockets. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Turnaround time starts when the driver collects your laundry.
